Our Desert Spa’s environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration to other guests, we kindly ask you to not use mobile phones in the spa area.
All spa areas are nonsmoking.
We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure availability and preferred appointment times.
Please inform us of any allergies or injuries that may make your chosen treatment unsuitable. We will be happy to advise you on safer alternatives.
Our services are carefully planned to accommodate each guest. In the spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We encourage you to arrive one hour before your service, and we invite you to enjoy the rejuvenating power of water in our exclusive wellness facility, which includes a whirlpool, cold plunge, pressure shower, sauna, and steam room. Late arrivals will be performed within the scheduled treatment time, while the fee will remain unchanged.

We highly recommend you book your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time, therapist, and service.
PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for mothers-to-be. Please note that you must be past the first trimester of pregnancy to be able to receive treatment. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this particular time.
CANCELLATIONS
Please allow a minimum of six (6) business hours notice to cancel or reschedule treatments to avoid a cancellation charge of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
JEWELRY
We recommend not wearing jewelry at the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables on the spa premises. Please keep all valuables in your locker during your visit.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age requirement to access the Spa and Fitness center is 16, except for treatments specially designed for kids and teens.
SPA AMENITIES
You will be provided with a bathrobe, sandals, and a locker for your clothing and personal belongings. You will find additional amenities throughout our hydrotherapy and relaxation areas.
